Well I had a rapier+shield / bow / faith (heals, lighting bolts) build. I didn't need to roll. Most of the time I needed to carefully walk around, aggro from the distance, find the space wide enough to backstab.
Only enemies that required me to drop my "walk slowly and steady" routine were toxic dart throwers. But they don't respawn and it feels so good to finally meet them in close quarters.
I can't explain. I just like the vibe the location gives. This wooden town hanging on the castle wall & some ruins.
Blighttown stole lost Izalith from us. The wasted so much of their development time just trying to get blighttown to physically function that they didnt have time to complete Lost Izalith
I wonder if they ever think/thought of going back to DS1 and finishing the later half. There's bound to be some fans that would like that. Probably a lot more who wouldn't, I imagine, but still a thought worth entertaining

Lost Izalith has nothing to see and Tomb of the Giants you can't see anything.

Keep ypur equip load between 25 and 29.1% and you can roll in the air and dodge gravity itself 😌

I actually liked blighttown. Well except that swamp bonfire is at very far distance.

Yeah I would have liked a little more content on ash lake as well, finding that area was such a highlight for me... But, it's got not much going on
