How to allow user to identify files?
Is there any way to allow users to identify files?
When I log in as an admin there is this button to identify something. Is there any way to make it available to regular users?

You probably need to make them admins.
That is essentially editing the library item.
Oh, thats a shame. A more granular permissions would be nice.
