People think this is getting around the rule, but I think this is exactly what the rule wants. You should be able to contain and pick up your pet (to control it). If you can lift a hundred pound dog in a bag, you have it under control.

Yeah... This isn't "getting creative" at all. This is just a big bag. It's pretty much the antitheses to creative.

Whoever came up with the rule was the creative one.

If you can put your dog in a bag. It's not the dog they are trying to keep out.

I have a 150lb great Pyrenees, and I have a bag that just happens to be the perfect size to cut holes in the corners for his legs, and his body fits snuggly inside. A bit like the floof on the right, but when he's sitting down his head comes up to my stomach. He can stretch out to almost 7.5ft

I kind of want to try it out, him standing beside me while I hold the bag handles...

He's in a bag, it's what you wanted

Starting to think this is one of those make believe dogs. I haven't seen anything to prove otherwise

In Europe (Germany and Austria at least) the general rule is to have your dog in a carrying case or wear a muzzle while on the train/metro. Generally their size will dictate which is most viable

Do with that what you will but it seems simpler

You reached the end
