TOLEDO, Ohio man sentenced to 22 years (up to 27.5) for rape of child (12 years old), resulting in victim’s pregnancy.

Judge Lori Olender sentenced Isaiah Monroe to serve at least 22 years in prison, but up to 27.5 years, for his conviction on two counts of rape. He will also be considered a tier 3 sex offender and will be on the sex offender registry for the rest of his life.
