I think after I finish off my tub or Haverford I'm going to try to kill this soap off next. It's down to an ounce or less but I've been using it sparingly because I never would see it available. I must have missed when a new batch was made because it is sold out in the newer dark wing base and mine is the older canard base. So I'm hoping another batch is made soon.

This razor felt great today.
I 3D printed a handle for my Duke City strop and I feel like I have a lot more control over it now. I'm pretty surprised, actually. They come stock with a D-ring which works fine, but I think the handle gives more control over tautness and twist.
Thanks to ExPoqeteer for designing it and sharing the file.
Cool idea. I have just purchased a 3D printer and look forward to playing with it. We had several at the last place I worked, so I'm familiar with the tech, but have never used one myself, nor have I used a 3D design program; though I have worked with CAD designers to create 3D parts.
We used SOLIDWORKS at our company but that's an expensive per/seat cost and more than I need. I plan to try Fusion 360 or FreeCAD. FreeCAD will run on Linux which is a big plus.

Word on the street is that they’re working on an updated version of this scent for release sometime this year.

2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.
I was really in the mood for this Martin de Candre soap and totally enjoyed the shave.
Candredi - obviously!
I am completely embarrassed that I did not think of that! Well done sir! Clearly I need a to correct this next vendredi.
I'll try and join you!

The design aspect has been a challenge for me to learn. Granted I'm teaching myself using YouTube.
ExPoqeteer shared his FreeCAD file with me so I could inspect the process he used to design this handle and it's surprisingly complicated!

Still love this scent! It's just perfect for a sunny Friday.

1 pass WTG. Touch ups WTG. Gave myself a weeper on the jawline but otherwise a comfortably close shave. Clean shaven to match my haircut :)
This blade/razor/soap combo seems to be working very well for me.
