It is genuinely destroying my mental health to try to process how awful things are, and how much worse they are likely to get. I used to think that the bulk of the right wing populace was just misguided, but had good intentions. It turns out that there was nothing but greed and malice behind all of their nationalism and religion. Regardless of how things turn out, I will never put any iota of faith in anything said or done by the right.

Look, it's the job of these talking heads to push the headline, not to get deep in the details. Go too far in, and you get beaten by the competition with the next hot sound bite.
