At my local Mexican restaurant they had this sitting at the front to advertise it for St Patrick's Day. When I asked what it was the guy said "Um... it's green."
And he was definitely not referencing anything, he said he didn't know and would need to ask the bartender, heh. Still made my heart happy.

Green cocktails are usually Curacao Blue mixed with orange, passion fruit, or similar juice. Throw in some Tequila or Vodka, and done.
I used to go to a cocktail bar where you'd get custom cocktails one day a week by filling out a small form. Selecting "Green" for the color has never failed me.
