Honestly any reflective surface will do. You'll also need a light source, such as a candle, torch, or lantern. Some optional extra items are a scroll, quill and ink, and a hard writing surface to draw the face that appears. Careful though, the more you study and stare at the face, the more they may realize you're watching them.
