I still remember when first learned to ride a bike. It felt like I was in a whole new world.

Actually, staying on a bike with the kickstand down is hard because the bike leans over, the kickstand only props up the back end of the bike, and a rider makes the bike top heavy towards the front.

I'm not trying to be mean, I am honestly asking- what is the thinking behind posting a strip with nothing else?

What do you feel a comic strip should come with? A three course meal?

I'm slowly getting ready for a wedding I don't want to go to and having a little break and you gave me a good out-loud guffaw, buddy. Thanks for the larf

Yeah OK, of course. I mean that's what the community is about. But here, and as it was on reddit also, the posts are: this is a weekly C&H strip from 15 years ago. No insight, or personal reflection, just here is an old weekly strip from a collection you almost certainly own. I don't see the purpose of this. Like if you find a popular community about basically anything, it tends to not be just a post of a scan of a comic that's been out there for years and years.

For me, it's nice to just have a short chuckle once a day while browsing. I suspect many feel the same way.

There's nothing wrong with your way, but it requires more effort. I would love if you or somebody did it, but until that happens the low effort daily post will have to do.

Because not everyone owns it or has seen it before. So them releasing it like this let's people enjoy it as a little daily pick me up.
