Welcome back! I still haven't gotten my tetherspout to be comfortable enough to wear while my cage is on, as my cage is specifically restrictive in a way that when engorged, it causes pain inside the urethra with the spout in. I'm not sure if I should just grin and bear it until it gets better.
Thanks 👋. Hope you'll post your super restrictive cage setup so we can see - isn't the intent of it to train you to not get engorged when you are caged? If so, perhaps you should need to try grin and bear it till you are well trained.
Seriously though, if you have the option, just wear the TS longer-term without the cage to get used to it and do other uncaged play - it took me a few weeks initially to get used to it and for the cock head to become a bit more desensitized.
Yeah, I'm just waiting until I get my cage off finally, it's been almost 3 months since the last time it came off. I don't have a KH, I have a timed metal lockbox that I use. Every day I spin a wheel to determine if I add any days or not. I start out with a random amount too, anywhere from 7 days to a month, then every day I have a chance to add time. I'm down to 5 days right now, crossing my fingers I don't get unlucky haha.
But yeah, once I get that off, I'm planning on doing a couple of weeks with the TS to get more used to it.
