Developer hasn’t even put in an application yet. Media jumping the gun a bit.
The Gold Coast Council is very developer friendly so I would not be shocked if this did go ahead.
First there was Packer's Pecker. An abortion of a project that politicians fawned over and couldn't get approved fast enough. And has failed miserably.
Now there will be Trump's Tool.
