Oh, come on, practically all the males have sex with their sometime lonely selves, and cameras are everywhere now. I'd personally put a privacy shutter on my webcam.

I got hit with a variation of this scam years ago. It was a threat of leaking a video of me jerking it recorded via my webcam and sending it to my family/friends. They wanted $100-200. Responded with OK, just send me the link when you post it. I didn't even own a webcam back then.
