No further action on the lap time violation by Sainz and Leclerc is typical FIA lol

But nice to see Carlos on pole!

I think that no penalty here is okay. If it was for getting out of Q1 (and without that lap ferrari would have been through as well I believe) i would see a penalty fit. But where there's no real damage done, I dont see the need for a penalty

But of course it had to be Ferrari doing that shit

I'm convinced Ferrari develops their car every year with the explicit goal of being good at Monza

11

If they don't embarrass themselves here they buy a lot of goodwill with their fans, I suppose.

Come on Sainz race engineer. “we have it” sounded so sad

Stroll showing why Aston should have no doubts over their decision to retain him.

What is happening with Stroll, I mean this is not a too difficult track and still he is last.

He only ran one practice session and he always sucks at quali if he doesnt get to practice a lot

2

Which honestly makes perfect sense. Maybe he lacked confidence to take the car to the fullest due to that.

I'm excited to see the alternative tire allocation again this weekend. I thought it was an overall positive change in Hungary.

4

After reading the FIA-document on this, I actually tend to agree to this decision ...

It's almost scary that I just typed this without trying to make a joke...

7

Stroll always falls off a cliff once he hasn't had three practice sessions before quali... it's just painful to see

Minimum lap time, introduced to stop the unsafe queuing towards the end of the lap

*maximum lap time.

Minimum lap time would be cool, though.

What can the race director even do as a punishment against Leclerc and Sainz for being too slow on the cooldown lap? He can't exactly take away their fastest Q1 times, can he?
