New HDD mounted. Can't get icons to work.
I've deleted the cache and reset everything. Played around with different View options. Nothing is working.

Maybe do this but in reverse? Did you somehow copy an inf file from an old drive onto this new one?
I did not. HDD icons have been like this since I mounted the drive. I've never experienced this issue before. What is really odd is TARS was installed the same time as Saving Private Data - yet SPD's icons and thumbnails work just fine!
Stupid idea, have you tried a different name for the drive?
