That’s really cool! I wonder what caused it? It looks like there must be some melting involved for it to bend like that? Is it still soft, or has it frozen hard?

E: maybe the wind is involved? It reminds me of some wind-swept snow piles.

Canadian here.

It's most definitely a combination of excellent bright sunshine with the right amount of windchill to create just enough sagging for it to droop like this yet freeze in this shape. We see them called windrows but I have to say in all my years this is absolutely magnificent and I've never seen one quite like it.
