I still hate that it’s considered a disorder (a sentiment mentioned in the article actually, lol) since it’s almost purely a social/societal thing.

I have no ill physical effects whatsoever when I’m allowed to be on my natural chronotype. I actually end up healthier when I can sleep and function during the hours my body is supposed to!

I have a pet conspiracy theory that early humans needed a patrol rotation that included night watch. Our existence is not “wrong” and it will forever irritate me that some jerks insist it is. /rant
