According to the available evidence, corn flakes were primarily created as an easy-to-digest, pre-prepared and healthy breakfast food, in particular for patients at the Kellogg sanitarium in Michigan. The product was never advertised as an "anti-masturbatory morning meal."
... then again, if they made a nutritionally-balanced kibble for humans, i'd eat it all the time. like huel, but kibble instead of drinks or mac & cheese 😅

I'm all in on the drinks - lunch everyday is a homemade nutritionally complete choccy shake that costs less than 50 cents to make.
Funny thing is that Ovaltine is exactly what I use to flavor my shakes!
They're pretty addictive. I can't have them around or I'll sit around eating the whole box.
I used to get them to crumble up for breading chicken, but I'll eat the whole damn box before I do, if I have them around.
