Double standards!
Breast milk fun fact: The flavour changes depending on the recent diet of the mum.
Would it be cruel if the mum ate chili or other hot food?
I don't think the capsaicin actually gets through, or South India and Thailand would have some seriously unhappy babies.
Why cruel, they get used to spicy food and can flex with it all their life!
How does hot sauce or caffeine play into that?
They apparently pass through in trace amounts only, and are considered safe for nursing mums
I'm convinced burgers are so popular because they feel so similar.
