DOJ demands voter data in order to end chaos in MN
The federal government told [MN] state officials in a letter that it would "bring an end to chaos in Minnesota" if they abide by three of its requests, including giving it access to Minnesota's voter information.

Perhaps some malicious compliance is needed. Give them a redacted version of the data, similar to the Epstein Files, but properly redacted. Then encrypt that copy as per government rules for the proper handling of PII, setting the decryption key to a confession of treason by Noem.
So they can go door to door, executing dissidents. 🖕🏽
