Opted to include initial video seeing him earlier on (and you see the white car driving through before it's parked) as well as include the entirety of the white car's video for context.

Be on the lookout for potential release of body cam footage for Marimar Martinez. Not sure when it will release, though.
Have you looked much at some way of peer-hosting these videos? Personally I have had slow speeds - tonight I had to use reddit to view some of the videos directly. A simple way might be to ensure they're all on archive.org and then seed the resulting torrent. More direct, might be something like peertube, etc. Just food for thought.
