It's a pretty high dosage. A common dosage would probably be between 80-120mg. You can do more and it probably will be even better, but that's also when more negative effects will effect you.

You usually take 50-150mg, so that'll be a wild ride.

Even 288.9g is pretty much, but in most cases you don't have to worry toooo much (you should still make regular pauses and such)
