For some people $15 million is legitimately pocket change. They also own a bat cave and take visits to see the Titanic
Someone pointed out that most tribal societies have about 200 people. They opined that 200 is about the limit that we can interact with in a meaningful way. If there are 3,000 billionaires, they can literally never talk to anyone who isn't exactly like them.
