It's perhaps less balls-to-the-wall than other Filipino b-actioners, but it's also better made and more straightforward plot-wise, which are big plusses in my opinion.

Look, it's one thing when we're talking about something insignificant, like my car silently transmitting my movement to data brokers or my shiny new AI door knocker scanning the faces of all my visitors at the behest of Palantir, but lying about inclusion of dem tiddies in a late eighties vengeance movie? That's beyond the pale, and I won't stand for it! What's next? Slashers without a mandatory teenage sex scene at the lake?!
