I'd buy it if it didn't have Denuvo. Removing that would likely boost their sales at least a little.

Square has been removing Denuvo eventually (except for Final Fantasy XV for whatever reason). I will definitely join you and buy tactics when that happens.

Nobody should pay for XV with or without Denuvo.

I'd probably buy it even with Denuvo if it was a lower price, but if it dropped Denuvo I'd buy it at current price as well

i mean compared to other jrpgs in AA section that's good. But probably doesn't convince SE to make a new game

It's not like SE gave up on Tactical JRPGs, and Diofield Chronicles and Triangle Strategy were very well received as well. I don't think a game gets better just by the Final Fantasy name. But if we got a Tactics Advance HD remaster collection, that would be amazing

We saw very different responses to DioField.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see FFTA2 with a fast-forward, but unfortunately Square and Enix peaked in this genre all the way back in the 90's between FFT and Tactics Ogre.

I think that's true for the entire genre, it just peaked in the 90s. I'd kill for a Vandal Hearts HD remaster lol

I never liked Disgaea and Fire Emblem already existed in the 90s. I haven't play all titles to say that it improved on the formula substantially since then?

You reached the end
