Each panel features an 8-core Intel N-300 processor with 32GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and can run at 40K resolution at 30Hz,

That's either a typo (like "40k resolution), or the 4 panel setup has 4 8-core processors and a total of 128GB of ram. That is such a surd overkill, not even considering current ram shortages.

Also, it's exclusively battery powered and will lower itself to the floor if the battery gets too low. Who wants to spend $40k to have to remember to charge their TV? Moreso, who wants their $40k TV to end up sitting on the floor?

This seems less like an actual product, and more of a tech demo with a price tag.

Imagine paying $40k to hear the whir of suction cup motors during what should have been a quite moment of your movie.
