https://realbooru.com/ would be fairly close to what you describe. Don’t use it though so I can’t say anything about its quality.
No clue, I know about E-Hentai gallery, but it is not the same.
There is pr0gramm.com but you need to provide ID (which you can censor so it only shows your birth date, IIRC).
From their homepage, it seems pretty full of memes? Is that the focus, or is there more behind the login?
