Back 10 years ago or so, a singer named Vienna Teng released a song called 'Hymn of Acxiom' that's loosely based around this idea. Acxiom was one of the larger data brokers at the time, biggest company you've never heard of, etc.
Not quite a one hit wonder because she has done some other stuff that is interesting, but because of the context on this one, it really took off for a bit and it is honestly really well done. I think about often whenever I think about the future of AI.
