I was thinking if we run far enough South we could catch up to the sun and just push it higher into the sky. Unless anyone else has a better idea?

We might be able to take a rocket ship and lasso the sun and pull it closer.

I figure if we go at night we won’t have to worry about burning up

I live in one of the hottest and most humid places in the US. Summer lasts for at least five months. Most people just don't go outside unless they have to. I am not looking forward to summer either.
