I can't imagine why anyone would downvote your comment, it's absolutely true. Even a perfect vaccine won't lead to 100% immunity in 100% of those who received it.
holy crap I don't even want to know what super rabies is like.
Is there a way they can confirm the vaccine was correctly administered? I have seen so much antivaxx sentiment these days, is there a chance someone lied about giving the vaccine?
