Funny thing to say about a diaper sniper
People downvoting you, but one of my customers works for my city's government. Apparently she met the guy during his first term, and according to her he really does smell like shit. She said she didn't know if it was the diaper meme or just BO/body spray, but he did smell genuinely awful.
Anyone who has worked in a coal fired power plant would know that "clean and beautiful" are not words that describe the inside of one of those places. Ask me how I know.
