Only if it's owned by the public, separate from the government and private corporatism. And then better mid-sized or small, no techbroism.

That would be the perfect scenario. But I think something imperfect is better than resigning ourselves to US/China quantum.

Even so, it should be an imperfect option that makes it attractive to go for the perfect one rather than for a slippery slope downward fascism... but yeah.
