I've never heard antiboyotics before but that's now my favorite term for it.

I think it's funnier, sometimes less clever is funnier

Spotted dick? Not sure where I'm going with that, but it's one of the few foods with dick in the name.
Among cis men it's gear, roids, kreatine etc. Probably a lot of the same for trans men.
