Americans have been looking for an excuse to invade Venezuela since the coup failed in 2002.
A very small subset of Americans. I doubt most could even point to it on a map that had labels.
Having moved halfway across the world I'm learning most people are not that good at geography in general.
They know what's relevant to them and after that it's just a vague idea.
