It's accurate to the characters if they were in lesbians with each other. They are not, though, it's your standard cute-girls-doing-cute-things that makes it easy to imagine the girls at lesbians.
I did read the manga for a while, can't say I ever got any gay vibes from her. She's not explicitly heterosexual, but that says more about the manga's genre than about Bocchi's character IMO.
