At my previous job they had a "dealing with overworking" webinar within the first few days I joined. During the webinar it came out that like 75% of the people in my department worked unpaid overtime every week... I only lasted a year there, not for that reason specifically but it was definitely an interesting first impression...
I'm a strong believer that those cold spectrum fluorescents are stressful as hell and they're a major reason people hate their office job, but they don't know that part.

Make sure the webinar is during lunch hour. Otherwise it doesn't count.
Also better make it mandatory. You can eat when you're dead.
