Super cheap and very softcore-porny, but it contains enough werewolf action (both with practical and digital FX) to make it worth your time.

@LaurenceWolse I've seen this one, I appreciate that it's one of those films where the title contains everything you need to know about it.
This reminds me of something (not the context) I read years back about someone wanting to be a vampire in a women's prison because they'd have a constant, near-endless supply of blood without the need to bite.
