I’ve always seen /srs as short for “serious”, I imagine most people would understand that
I like /srs, but /gen is growing on me
Around me people usually use

This feels, prescriptively, like the correct answer

You could say "I actually want to know.. {{question}}?" Or "Sincerely, ..."
If someone starts making up new abbreviations I'm probably not going to take their question seriously /!s
