I keep wanting to shop for more fem clothesbut don't because I'm feeling depressed, and then feeling depressed because I don't have more fem clothes. If only there was a solution.

Also I'm on my third read of the dysphoria bible lol. It gives me a lot to think about.
I re-read sections all the time. It shocks me how many things I didnt realize were dysphoria all throughout my life.

Its been 11 months since I actually took a break from art before this, so Im doing it for my mental health

Pretty good. I actually noticed my lost weight today. I still have a ways to go but seeing the progress was nice.
