Fairphone 6 in US

My phone is definitely showing it's age, about 5 years old now, battery doesn't last more than 7ish hours. I've done research and if possible, I think I'd like to get the Fairphone. Does anyone have experience with it in the US? I know I'd have to import it, but using local carriers how well does it work?

If I understand correctly, Fairphone themselves are going to be bringing their products to the United States, starting with their earbuds, not the phone yet, but as said, you can get it still from their partner, but I believe they at some point should have their phone as well available here.

Man, I really hope they're the manufacturing partner GrapheneOS is talking about, or they at least include Verizon support on future models. T-mobile just doesn't do it for me out in the middle of the forest.

How long ago did you check that? I know T-Mobile's network has gotten a lot better.

And they're even launching that satellite service where you can get some small amounts of data through Starlink.

Yeah, I'm happy for that but worried my current phone won't make it until then. I wish they gave a date for when that'll be happening
