While this sounds vaguely familiar... I don't know what it means.
When Marge enters the office of the sugar boss, who is voiced by Ben stiller, we see his schedule before she enters in.
And his schedule specifically mentions evil deeds.

The sugar episode. They had just got back from the island of San Glucose. All of the sugar they got on the island was dumped in the harbor and town members are jumping into the water to drink it. The judge in the gif (whose name I can't remember) had just before jumping in declared his injunction on sugar in Springfield was out of his jurisdiction to order and nullified it.
I said no shit posting!
But yes, Judge Synder declares all sugar illegal and then legal again.
