Georgia judge rejects ‘mysterious’ GOP loyalty tests
Republican activists in rural Catoosa County wanted would-be GOP candidates to pass an ideological test before they could appear on the ballot. A judge said no.

I don't even understand the purpose. Isn't the vote the test anyway? Unless the point is for a select few people to hand select candidates. Though, I thought that's mostly how it works for both parties anyway.
