Heated blankets are so good, though. I use one when I'm on the computer, I put one in my bed to get nice and toasty (but I turn if off before going to sleep, of course), they're one of the best things ever when it's cold outside.
we got some thick fuzzy blankets. i don't know where my wife found them, all the blankets here (probably the entire godsdamned state) are thin shitass blankets.

Thick, fuzzy blankets are great, too. It's so nice when you get warm using your own body heat.
