searching for name/recepie
hi, I'm not shure if posting in the right sub, but I was in beijing for a week and we visited one restaurant quite a few times and ate a tofu based dish. ( the grey "puree"). I know can't find what it is and how to make it.... help me find this please

Awesome! I found a few recipes by searching for Ma Tofu, but the pictures came back a lot more reddish than yours. Maybe it's a regional recipe? Anyway, glad to help!
