Are national guard trained in protestor rights? They aren't police, aren't trained as police, and have no business policing unless it's a state of emergency.

The point of protests is to be annoying. Whether they want to be there or not, these National Guards are an occupying force. Annoying government officials is precisely what the First Amendment protects.
