I want to describe what happened to my Roblox account and Robux balance because I'm genuinely concerned and confused at this point.

Over the past few days, I've noticed something peculiar: my Robux balance has always been zero. Even after someone donated to me, the pending Robux section showed nothing. I refreshed the page, logged out and back in again, but nothing changed. It's as if all my Robux disappeared overnight.

I'm starting to think that someone might have hacked my account and stolen my Robux. I haven't shared my password with anyone, and I've always been careful, so this situation is both confusing and frustrating. I used to enjoy Roblox, but now it feels like I’m losing everything I worked for. Thankfully, my avatar, items, and creations are still intact. However, I can't buy anything in the shop anymore because my balance is empty.

Here's what I'm going to do: I'll continue trying to contact Roblox Support to see if they can recover anything or explain what happened. If they can't help and this problem isn't resolved, I won't create a new Roblox account, and I'll quit Roblox for good. I've lost too much to start over.

It's not just about the Robux. It's about losing trust in a platform I invested time and effort in. I hope Roblox takes issues like this more seriously because many players experience similar issues.
