Five and a half years of living in pandemic isolation:

I hit an isolation challenge tonight and realized I no longer know anyone who is also living in full solo isolation without human touch. (Your 3 week solo writer's retreat or "pandemic isolation" with a partner, a dog, and backyard parties is not comparable; do not test me on this or I will block you.)

There are are many different, specific types of loneliness & this is one.
