I made Paneer Makhni (vegetarian version of Butter Chicken)
It turned out nice. It's a bitch and a half to make but the result is worth the effort.

Its in Hindi and it's originally a butter chicken recipe but you just replace chicken with paneer and put it in straight without any additional cooking that you'd do with chicken.
