I had to replace part of my ceiling because of water damage. Which then lead to fixing my roof, and now I've found termites...
Oh ouch, that doesn't sound only expensive, but also very painful. Did you let someone else do the fixing for you? Were you able to deal with the termites? Much strength, friend!
