Have had "blue balls" before it's painful but never enough to make it someone else's problem.

Nowhere did it say it isn't real, please keep the focus where it belongs.

Edit: I've deleted that comment because I realised it's exactly the manipulation the tweet is about and it's derailing the conversation.

I thought it was made-up most of my life before finally experiencing it myself. And yea, as real as it is, it's never an excuse to pressure a partner.

I've deleted a bunch more replies because it's too frustrating to not be able to have the conversation about boundaries and red flags without people first making sure everyone knows blue balls are real (no one said otherwise) and highlight how uncomfortable and painful they can be (again, no one said otherwise) when both are FUCKING IRRELEVANT. It's just another example of those who have a penis making it all, or at least first and foremost, about them.
It isn't about the person with the balls, THAT'S LITERALLY THE POINT.
