Yeah, been on TRT(high replacement dose) for almost 2 years. Though not specifically for gender affirming care, even though getting more out of my training and dieting is rather good, but a lack of stereotypical male libido did play a role in seeking out medical intervention.
Mostly on TRT as a crutch in countering the damage that decade+ of rotating shift work has done to any natural hormone and circadian rhythms. Sadly it didn't have much effect on libido.
I use other supplements, as I try to find food to boost it. Being a straight partially Khazarian male myself (so I speculate), we're actually really bad at taking care of ourselves except if our brethren advise us to do so.
